Great show. Passionate and energetic. I’m going to try to contact Manik and share my experiences as a truck driver hauling refrigerated trailers. There’s a lot of waste right there. There’s also a ton of waste at the factories and distribution centers of dairies and all perishable foods. It’s always be a concern of mine. I’m happy to hear there’s someone trying to do something about it. Again great show. A great guest.
