Brett Gantt, member of the Town Council in Apex, NC is a statistician for the EPA with a PhD in atmospheric science. The council recently endorsed the Paris Climate Agreement and passed a resolution for 100% renewable energy by 2050.

I enjoyed your guest and this show very much. I like his enthusiasm and determination. It will be interesting to follow up along the timeline that he set to see if the goals are being met and how the town of Apex is doing with the balance of a growing population and climate change mitigation.
